Cooking Classes. Shevek will be offering 3-hour cooking classes Saturdays from 11am to 2pm based on the cookbook he is putting together. Learn some of the most-favorite recipes offered at the restaurant. Detailed schedule to be posted in early January. Space will be limited to 8 people per class and will be a combination of demonstration and hands-on. Enjoy the food we make at each class. Full schedule.
